Abstract

İmplant  cerrahisi
sonrası  hematom  tahmin edilebilen  bir durum olsada,  geniş
hematom  vakaları ile  rutin
implant  cerrahisinde  çok fazla
karşılaşılmamaktadır.Hematom
genel  olarak  postoperatif  evreyi uzatan ve iyileşme süresini zorlaştıran
bir durumdur. Palpasyonda  kaygan olmayan  bir
sertlik  olup  basınç uygulandığında  ise
ağrı  ile  karakterize
olmaktadır.Kanın  damar  dışına
çıkışı  hemoraji  olarak
bilinmektedir.Kanama  klinik  olarak farklılık  göstermekte
olup, peteşi  derideki  noktasal
kanama,3mm  veya  büyükse
purpura,kanama  odakları  santimetrelere  ulaşırsa
ekimoz  olarak  adlandırılmaktadır.Ekimozda  kanama
alanlarının  fagositozuyla
ortaya  çıkan  hemoglobin kırmızı-mavi  renge,
daha  sonra  enzimatik yıkımıyla mavi-yeşil  renge
ve  son  olarak ta
hemosiderine  dönüşümüyle
sarı-kahve  renk gözlenir.Kanama  doku
içinde  kitle  yapıyorsa
hematom  olarak  adlandırılmaktadır.Bu  olgu
sunumundada  maksillaya  dental
rehabilitasyon  amaçlı  uygulanmış
olan  sekiz  adet
