Abstract

Northouse’s 2016 book Leadership: Theory and Practice, Seventh Edition, which is frequently cited in many academic studies in the field of educational sciences/educational administration in Turkey, can be considered one of the most effective resources supporting the dynamic and variable nature of the concept of management. Therefore, this study is based on a detailed examination of this widely used reference.
