Roma Cumhuriyetinin Anayasal Sistemi Hakkında Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

Roma Cumhuriyetinin anayasası karma yapısı, kontrol ve denge mekanizmaları ve vatandaşlara tanıdığı hakları ile oldukça başarılı olarak nitelendirilebilir. Yazılı bir anayasaya sahip olmayan Romalılar, gelenekçi ruhlarıyla kendilerine has bir anayasal sistem tesis ederek, günümüzün kamu hukuku doktrinlerinin temelini oluşturmuşlardır.

An Assessment on the Constitutional System of the Roman Republic

Abstract

The Roman Republican Constitution can be considered as successful with its mixed structure, check and balance mechanisms and the fundamentals rights entitled to the citizens. Romans, who do not have a written constitution, underlined the current common law doctrines by establishing a specific constitutional system in accordance with their traditionalist spirit.
