MAVİ YAKALI VE BEYAZ YAKALI ÇALIŞANLARIN TÜKENMİŞLİK İLE ÖFKE YÖNETİMLERİ İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Araştırmada mavi yakalı ve beyaz yakalı çalışanların tükenmişlik ile öfke yönetimleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Kötü veya olumsuz sonuçlar doğuran önemli bir kavram olan tükenmişliğin, bireyin öfke yönetimi ile ilişkisi ve en önemlisi nasıl bir etki bıraktığı bu çalışmanın temel amacı olmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini Kahramanmaraş ilinde faaliyet gösteren tekstil firmalarındaki 150 (73 mavi yakalı ve 77 beyaz yakalı)çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde güvenirlik, frekans, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; tükenmişlik ile öfke kontrolü arasında pozitif yönlü düşük düzeyde, mavi yakalı ve beyaz yakalı çalışanlar açısından bakıldığında ise mavi yakalılarda tükenmişlik ile öfke kontrolü arasında pozitif yönlü ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Beyaz yakalı çalışanlarda ise anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır.

THE RELATIONSHIP of BURNOUT and ANGER MANAGEMENT of BLUE-COLLARED AND WHITE-COLLARED EMPLOYEES

Abstract

In this study, we have investigated the relationship between burnout and anger management of blue-collar and white-collar employees. The relationship between burnout, an important concept that causes bad or negative consequences, and anger management, and most importantly, what kind of effect it has, has been the main purpose of this study. The sample of the study consists of 150 (73 blue-collar and 77 white-collar) employees in textile companies in Kahramanmaraş. Reliability, frequency, correlation, and regression analyses have been made via the IBM SPSS 21.0 statistical program and the outcomes have been interpreted. As a result of the research; in terms of blue-collar and white-collar workers, a positive and moderately significant relationship was found between burnout and anger control in blue-collar workers. It is also concluded, a meaningful relationship could not be found among white collar employees.
