Hematolojik Malignitelerde ve Hematopoetik Kök Hücre Nakil Sürecinde Elektronik Sağlık Hizmetleri

Abstract

Hematopoetik kök hücre nakli (HKHN), hematolojik maligniteler ve diğer hastalıkların tedavisinde kullanılan önemli bir yöntemdir. HKHN hastalarında enfeksiyon ve graft versus host hastalığı dahil olmak üzere çeşitli komplikasyonlara bağlı morbidite ve mortalite riski artmıştır. Otolog ve allojenik kök hücre nakil hastaları kronik ve uzun dönemde görülebilen komplikasyonlar için yüksek risk altındadırlar. Geleneksel sağlık bakımı HKHN hastaları gibi kronik hastalar için bazı kısıtlılıklar içerebilir. Kronik hastaların sayılarının artması, bu hasta grubuna yönelik sağlık hizmetlerinin karmaşıklığı ve artan bakım maliyetleri nedeniyle sağlık bakımının ulaştırılmasında yenilikçi yöntemlerin geliştirilmesi teşvik edilmektedir. Günümüzde, teknolojik imkanların ilerlemesiyle sağlık hizmeti sadece yüz yüze verilen fiziksel bir hizmetten öteye geçmiş, hastaların doğru bilgiye ulaşması, kişisel sağlık verilerine uzaktan erişim gibi imkanlarla çok daha geniş bir boyuta ulaşmıştır. E-sağlık hizmetleri arasında teletıp, hastalar tarafından raporlanan sonuçların kaydedildiği sistemler, giyilebilir tıbbi cihazlar, mobil uygulamalar ve çevrimiçi platformlar sayılabilir. Çalışmalarda hematolojik hastalığı olan bireyler ve sağlayıcılardan yüksek memnuniyet bildirimleri göstermesine rağmen e-sağlık hizmetleri modern tıbba dahil edilmesi hala maliyet, yasal sorumluluk, geri ödeme ve gizlilik endişeleri dahil olmak üzere bazı engellerle karşı karşıyadır. Sağlık hizmetlerinin geleceğinin e-sağlık hizmetlerini içereceği öngörülmektedir. Hasta grubunun ihtiyaçlarını ve tercihlerini bilmeden herhangi bir bakım modelini klinik bir ortama başarıyla uygulamak zordur. Bu derlemede HKHN ve hematolojik kanser hastalarına yönelik geliştirilmiş elektronik sağlık hizmetlerinin kapsamı ve ilgili çalışmaların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
