Abstract

Bilgi teknolojisi, işletmelerin rekabet avantajı elde edebilmeleri için alacakları kararlarda kullanacakları bilginin oluşturulmasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bilgi sistemleri ve muhasebe bilgi sistemleri sayesinde daha doğru bilgi hızlı bir şekilde yöneticilere sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Bodrum yöresinde faaliyette bulunan bir otelde yapılan olay çalışması ile oluşturulmuş muhasebe bilgi sistemi incelenerek, muhasebe amaçları çerçevesinde analiz edilmiş ve konaklama işletmesine sağladığı yararlar hakkında bilgi vermeye çalışılmıştır
