2005-2022 Yılları Arasında Örgütsel Özdeşleşme Üzerine Yapılan Lisansüstü Tezlerin Bibliyometrik Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel özdeşleşme alanında yazılmış olan lisansüstü tezlerin çeşitli parametreler ışığında bibliyometrik analiz ile değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada, örgütsel özdeşleşme konusunda 2005-2022 yılları arasında yazılmış olan 224 lisansüstü tez incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, çalışmaların ağırlıklı olarak yüksek lisans alanında ve Türkçe dilinde yazıldığı görülürken, konu ile ilgili en fazla tezin 2019 yılında yazıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyet açısından değerlendirildiğinde, kadın yazarların baskın olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca, örgütsel özdeşleşme konusunda yapılan araştırmaların %61,61’inin işletme anabilim dalında gerçekleştirildiği ve konunun en çok iş tatmini ile birlikte çalışıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, örgütsel bağlamda önemi giderek artan örgütsel özdeşleşme kavramı ile ilgili araştırmaların belli dönemlerde ivme kazandığı ancak global düzeyde karşılaştırıldığında bu ilginin hâlen istenilen düzeyde olmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışma ile örgütsel özdeşleşme konusunda çalışma yapacak bilim insanlarına yol gösterici olması hedeflenmektedir.
