UV Leonis Çift Yıldızının BV Işık Eğrisi Analizi

Abstract

Algol türü bir örten çift yıldız olan UV Leo, 2005 gözlem sezonunda Ankara Üniversitesi Gözlemevi’nde 30 cm çaplı Maksutov-Cassegrain teleskobuyla B ve V renklerinde 2 gece gözlenmiş ve sistemin ışık ve renk eğrileri elde edilmiştir. UV Leo’nun her iki ışık eğrisi, güncel tayfsal kütle oranı dikkate alınarak Wilson-Deviney analiz programıyla ve ikinci bileşenin (soğuk) yüzeyinde iki farklı soğuk lekenin varlığı dikkate alınarak modellenmiştir. Her iki leke kendilerini çevreleyen fotosferden yaklaşık 678 ve 791K daha soğuktur. Çift yıldızın yörünge eğim açısı yaklaşık 84 derece ve ikinci bileşenin birinci bileşenden yaklaşık 261 K daha soğuk olduğu bulunmuştur. Fotometrik analiz sonuçları Zwitter ve ark.’ın sunduğu tayfsal elementler ile birleştirilerek sistemin mutlak parametreleri için M1=1.11 ± 0.05 M;,, M2=1.02± 0.04M;, , R1=1.08 ± 0.03 R;,R2=1.33 ± 0.04 R;değeleri hesaplanmıştır.
