Bu çalışmada, Bursa’da (Türkiye) satışa sunulan paketlenmiş (endüstriyel olarak üretilmiş, n=44) ve paketlenmemiş (pastanelerde üretilmiş, n=48) dondurma örneklerinin mikrobiyolojik kalitesi karşılaştırılmıştır.
