Tavşan Böbreküstü Bezleri Üzerine Histometrik Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, tavşanın sağ ve sol adrenal bezlerinin cinsiyete özgü histolojik ve mikrometrik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla, ergin 5'i erkek, 5'i dişi ve yetişkin olan toplam 10 Yeni Zelanda Tavşanı kullanıldı. Histolojik incelemeler için Mallory’nin Triple ve Hematoxilen-Eosin boyaları kullanıldı. Mikrometrik ölçümler ise, mikroskoba uyarlanan mikrometrik öküler, lam ve objektif yardımıyla, istatiksel analizlerde SPSS paket programı ile yapıldı
