Polar Transport of Radioactivity from C14-Labelled-β- Indolyl acetic acid in Stem Segments of Pisum Alaska Vilmorin

Abstract

The resuits presented in this paper show that, in stem segments of Pisum, there is a predominantly basipetal movement of C14 from applied IAA labelled with C14. The effect of gravity is quite evident and this shows that IAA, applied in receiver blocks, bears the action of gravity.
