Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Current Research and Reviews in Psychology and Psychiatry are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. A double-blind peer review process means keeping the authors confidential from the reviewers and the reviewers from the authors to ensure an independent, objective and neutral evaluation process. The reviewers are required to fill out a form containing the decisions regarding the introduction, method, results and discussion sections of the manuscript they are evaluating, and the reasons for these decisions. If corrections are suggested by the reviewers, the authors should resubmit their study by making the necessary corrections. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two different reviewers. In cases where the opinions of the reviewers are not consistent with each other, the manuscripts are also sent to an independent third reviewer.
