Endüstri İlişkileri Disiplininin Kayıp Halkası Olarak Toplumsal Cinsiyet

Abstract

Toplumsal cinsiyet olgusunun endüstri ilişkileri sınırları dışında kalması ya da bırakılması bir problem olarak birçok araştırmacı tarafından ele alınmaktadır. Kadınların eğitim seviyesinin yükselmesi ve çalışma hayatına katılımının artmasıyla birlikte kadın araştırmacılar sosyal bilimleri yeniden şekillendirmeye başlamış, bu durum endüstri ilişkileri alanında da kadın ve toplumsal cinsiyet çalışmalarına ilgiyi arttırmıştır. Son dönemlerde geleneksel endüstri ilişkileri disiplini içinde toplumsal cinsiyet ya da kadın konusuna yönelik ilgi ve farkındalık artmakla birlikte endüstri ilişkileri aktörleri ve kurumlarını toplumsal cinsiyet bakış açısıyla inceleyen bir endüstri ilişkileri teorisi bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada endüstri ilişkileri disiplini içinde toplumsal cinsiyetin yeri incelenecektir. Endüstri ilişkileri çalışmaları ile toplumsal cinsiyeti bütünleştirmek için oldukça yararlı bir çerçeve sunan Gramsci’nin hegemonya, ideoloji ve sağduyu kavramları analiz edilecektir

Abstract

Many researchers are studying on social gender phenomenon which is staying or leaving out of the borders of industrial relations as a problem. By increasing the education level of women and participating in working life, female researchers have begun to reformulate social sciences and this situation attracts the attention of industrial relations field to women and social gender studies. Although, interest and awareness about social gender or women has been increasing recently, there is no industrial relations theory examing the the actors and institutions of industrial relations in the point view of social gender. In this study, the place of social gender will be examined in the discipline of industrial relations. Hegemony, ideology and goodsense concepts of Gramsci, who has presented a very useful frame of industrial relations studies in order to integrate social gender by industrial relations, will be analyzed
