Abstract

Abstract

Continuity is crucial in systems that provide uninterruptible service. When errors or warnings occur, they should be reported to the responsible people as quickly as possible and fixed right away. Since manual control will cause errors, monitoring and control should be performed automatically. In order to fill this need, expensive hardware and software are used in the market. The purchased package includes a lot of extra features that are not required. Additionally, the majority of these systems use brand-specific sensors and other hardware components. In this study, the identical operation is carried out with significantly greater cost efficiency and brand independence by using microcontroller-based hardware. The designed system can be operated in desktop, web and mobile environments thanks to the computer program that is written. In the data processing center of a university hospital, the proposed cost-effective system has been used, and it has been discovered that it is capable of carrying out the same tasks as the more expensive systems.
