BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC STUDIES IN THE FIELD OF RISK AND INSURANCE

Abstract

The aim of this study is to
determine the trends and trends in the last 10 years by examining 419
scientific papers published between 2010-2019 in bibliometric research. In this
context; In the database of Web of Science Core Collection, research was
carried out with the topic "risk and insurance" and bibliometric data
of the studies in this area have been reached. The studies have been examined
in the context of country collaborations, author cooperation and productivity,
word analysis, citation analysis, publication co-citation networks. According
to the results of the analysis, it can be said that the interest in the field
has increased dramatically after 2017 and 2018 in terms of both publication and
citation numbers. The studies were conducted mainly in the article type and in
the English language. The studies conducted in 2016 and 2017 are the most
important reference sources for the studies in the field of risk and insurance
and the developments in this field.

RİSK VE SİGORTACILIK ALANINDA GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLEN BİLİMSEL ARAŞTIRMALARIN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Çalışmanın
amacı, risk ve sigortacılık alanında 2010-2019 yılları arasında yayımlanan 419
bilimsel makaleyi bibliyometrik bir araştırma ile inceleyerek, disiplinde son
10 yıldaki eğilim ve trendleri ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda, Web of Science
Core Collection veri tabanında “risk and insurance” konu başlığı ile araştırma
gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu alanda yapılan çalışmalara ait bibliyometrik verilere
ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmalar; ülke işbirliktelikleri, yazar işbirliktelikleri ve verimlilikleri, kelime
analizi, atıf analizi,
yayın ortak atıf ağları bağlamında incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, hem
yayın hem de atıf sayıları bağlamında alana olan ilginin 2017 ve 2018 yılından
sonra çarpıcı bir şekilde arttığı söylenebilir. Çalışmalar ağırlıklı olarak
makaletüründe ve İngilizce gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2016 ve 2017 yıllarında
yapılan çalışmalar risk ve sigortacılık alanında yapılan çalışmalara ve bu
alandaki gelişmelere yön veren en önemli referans kaynaklarıdır.
