Scottish Fold Irkı Bir Kedide Feline İnfeksiyöz Peritonitis Olgusu

Abstract

Bu olguda 4 aylık erkek Scottish Fold ırkı erkek bir kedi iştahsızlık ve abdomen bölgesinde şişkinlik şikayeti ile Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Hayvan Hastahanesine getirildi. Radyografisi çekilen kedinin karın boşluğunda sıvı tespit edildi. Yapılan tüm müdahalelere rağmen kedi öldü. Nekropside, peritonda yapışmalar, abdomende yaklaşık 1 lt civarında sarı renkli sıvı ve viseral organların yüzeyinde fibrin benzeri birikimler gözlendi. Histopatolojik olarak viseral organlarda yaygın perivasküler yangı tespit edildi. Sunulan bu vaka klinik, makroskobik ve histopatolojik bulgular ışığında Feline İnfeksiyöz Peritonitis olarak teşhis edildi.
