Aim & Scope

Journal of Cyprus Studies and Reviews aims to contribute to the discussion of current information and findings on the subjects within the research field of the disciplines, provided that they are on “Cyprus”; aims to be a qualified academic publication platform that is compatible with scientific and ethical principles.

Research or compilation articles, translations, book reviews, letters to the editor, scientific meetings, biographies are included, provided that they are about Cyprus in fields such as education, language, religion, culture, literature, folklore, history, anthropology and sociology. The articles are expected to contribute to research on Cyprus. While only descriptive, hypothetical, and non-original articles are not preferred; Priority is given to articles with theoretical discussions and interdisciplinary approaches. It is published online as two issues a year, on 30 June and 31 December. The target audience of the journal consists of academicians, researchers, professionals, students and related professional, academic institutions and organizations.
