Abstract

We can separate the problems into two groups: Structural problems and artificial problems. Some structural problems are the following: - Problems about identification of hadiths; - Problems about the transmitters of hadiths; - Problems about the understanding of hadiths; - Problems among the ecols of Mazhab; - Problems between Ahl al-Ray and AhI al-Haditlis. The artifical problems are generally about sosial subjects, political subjects and creedical subjects
