Abstract
Günümüzde bir kültür ve kimlik krizinde bulunduğumuz kabul edilmektedir. Makale kültür ve kimlik meselesinin hangi kavramlar altında ele alındığı ve bu kavramların tarihsel, kültürel ve toplumsal dayanaklarının ne olduğu sorusuna cevap aramaktadır. Yorumbilgisel anlama sanatı anlamına gelen hermeneutik yöntemin kullanıldığı makale, belge eksenli modern çalışmaların Üç Tarz-ı Siyaset (Türklük Osmanlılık ve İslamlık) çerçevesinde bir tarih felsefesi ve bu çerçevede bir kimlik oluşturup oluşturamadığını incelemek amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract
Today it is accepted that we are in a crisis of culture and identity. The article seeks to answer the questions under which concepts of culture and identity are addressed and the historical, cultural and social foundations of these concepts.The aim of this article by using hermeneutic method is to examine whether the modern work of document-oriented modernization is a philosophy of history in the framework of Three Style Politics (Turkish Ottomanism and Islamic) and whether it can create an identity in this frame.
