Abstract
In this study, past of Muslim minorities with their today and future, which aren’t enough to examine up to the day, is taken up by us. As the theme is an attempt introduction to Muslim minorities, this study is commonly contain a general determination. In this article, understanding of minorities concept and its historical formation, description of the Muslim minorities concept, the status of muslim minorities in the international treaties and basic socio-cultural problems in the Muslim minorities, (cultural, identity, educational, religious, citizenship etc.) are studied. Finally, in general the solutions of all minorities’ problems and in particular Muslim minorities’ problems are offered
