Beden Eğitimi Derslerindeki Spor Yaralanmaları ve Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin Görüşleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı beden eğitimi derslerinde meydana gelen spor yaralanma türlerini, yaralanma bölgelerini ve yaralanma nedenlerini araştırmaktır. Aynı zamanda beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin derslerde karşılaştıkları spor yaralanmaları ile ilgili yaşadıkları problemler ve aksaklıklar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Beden eğitimi ve spor derslerinde bir eğitim ve öğretim yılı içerisinde meydana gelen spor yaralanmalarının tespiti ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yaşadıkları problemlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla, karma yöntem araştırma desenlerinden yakınsayan paralel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel örneklem grubunu 1154 öğrenci oluştururken araştırmanın nitel örneklem grubunu 9 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğrencilerin alt ekstremitelerinde yaralanma yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin en çok futbol ve basketbol branşlarında yaralanma yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Nitel bulgu sonuçlarına göre “Spor Yaralanmaları”, “Yaşanan Problemler” temalarının olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda beden eğitimi derslerinde bir eğitim ve öğretim yılında öğrencilerin % 20’sinin spor yaralanması yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin ilk yardımla ilgili bilgi, malzeme ve yasal düzenleme sorunları yaşadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
