As Darulfunun Theology Journal, we believe it is important to publish a special issue on the first theology faculty, the Darulfunun Faculty of Theology, on the 100th anniversary of its establishment. This special issue aims to examine the Darulfunun Faculty of Theology’s historical, academic, and cultural heritage in depth. In this context, we await your valuable contributions to our special issue themed “Darulfunun Theology.”

Darulfunun Faculty of Theology, whose roots date back to the late Ottoman period, has made significant contributions to the world of science by providing education in various disciplines and Islamic sciences. This special issue aims to comprehensively address the Darulfunun Faculty of Theology’s history, educational approach, academic activities, and social impacts.

Full texts of articles must be submitted through https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/darulfunun the article submission system of Darulfunun Faculty of Theology, by March 01, 2025. The article must be uploaded to the section of the “Darulfunun Faculty of Theology” special issue during submission. The Special Issue will include only original research articles that can contribute to the literature on the Darulfunun Faculty of Theology from various perspectives.
