Abstract

Antioksidan, diüretik, antidiyabetik, antikanserojen gibi birçok etkiye sahip olan fl avonoitlerin bitki doku
kültürü teknikleriyle bitkilerden elde edilmesi günümüzde oldukça popüler bir konudur. Halen geliştirilmekte
olan birçok yöntem ile tıbbi bitkilerden biyoaktif maddelerinin endüstriyel boyutlarda üretilmesi, ilaç sanayine
katkı sağlanmaktadır. Bu derleme fl avonoitlerin kullanım alanları, bitki doku kültürü yöntemleri, bu yöntemlerle
fl avonoitlerin nasıl elde edilebileceği ve verimin artırılması için geliştirilen yöntemleri anlatmaktadır.

Abstract

Flavonoids, which have many effects such as antioxidative, diuretic, antidiabetic, anticancerogen, have been obtained from plants by plant tissue culture techniques is very popular issue lately. Production of bioactive components obtained from plants with industrial scale contribute to drug industry. This review mentions uses of fl avonoids, plant tissue culture methods, how fl avonoids obtained from these methods and new methods developed for increasing production
