Abstract

Hipoksik suların balıklar üzerinde oluşturduğu stres unsuru, metabolik aktiviteler üzerinde etkili olmaya başladığı zaman fizyolojik cevap
olarak hücrelerde birçok biyokimyasal ve kimyasal değişimler meydana gelir. Oksijen oranındaki azalmanın uzun süre devam etmesi balıkta
hipoksik strese yol açarak hücrelerde serbest radikal denilen zararlı oksidan bileşiklerin birikimine neden olur. Serbest radikal olarak isimlendirilen
oksidan bileşikler başta membran fosfolipidleri, proteinler ve nükleik asitler olmak üzere tüm biyomolekülleri etkileyerek çeşitli düzeylerde doku
hasarlarına yol açar. Bu çalışmada, hipoksik suların balıklarda meydana getirebileceği fizyolojik hasarlar araştırılmıştır

Abstract

Fish creates an element of stres on hypoxic waters when metabolic activity is beginning to be effective on in response to many physiologycal, biochemical and chemical changes ocur in cells. Countinue to decline in rate of oxygen for a long time hypoxic stres in fish causing. The accumulation of harmful compounds called free radicals can cause oxidative cells.Structuraland functionaldamage in cell creates. Oxidant compounts called free radicals at the membrane phospolipids, proteins and nucleic acids, including affecting all the various levels of biomolecules leads to tissue damage, In this study we can bring in hypoxic waters of physiologycal damage in fish were investigated
