Abstract

Besin değeri yüksek kaliteli ürünler sunabilen su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinin hızla yaygınlaştığı ülkemizde, iç su balık üretiminin % 99’u
alabalık yetiştiriciliğinden sağlanmaktadır. Alabalık yetiştiriciliğinde doğal ortama yakın ürünler sağlayabilmek için havuzlarda yapılan
yetiştiricilik faaliyetlerinde havuz ve su kalitesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu nedenle yetiştiricilik faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirileceği ortamların
planlamasının iyi yapılması gerekir.

Abstract

Aquaculture which provides high quality products for human consumption has been rapidly growing in Turkey. Ninety nine percent of inland fish production of Turkey is obtained from trout culture. Pond and water quality are very important in production of organic fish in aquaculture activities in ponds. In order to have high quality product, the rearing facility should be designed well
