Information Technologies For Pathology

Abstract

This review focuses on the increasing applications of information technologies in histopathology practice, with reference to laboratory, hospital, health care, social security and security information systems as well as patient data security, safety, quality management, virtual microscopic images, image analysis. The molecular pathology applications and pathology education with digital technologies are also discussed. Information about national and international pathology information technology working groups are presented.

Abstract

Bu derleme, histopatoloji uygulamalarında artan bilişim sistemi
uygulamalarına odaklanmaktadır. Özellikle laboratuvar, hastane, sağlık sistemi,
sosyal sigorta ve sigorta bilişim sistemleri yanı sıra hasta bilgilerinin
korunması ve güvenliği, kalite yönetimi, sanal mikroskopik görüntü sistemleri,
görüntü analizi konularına değinilmektedir. Bilişim yöntemlerinin moleküler
patoloji uygulamalarındaki önemine de yer verilmekte olup, patoloji eğitiminde
digital teknolojilerin kullanımı da tartışılmaktadır. Ulusal ve uluslararası
patoloji bilişim teknolojisi grupları hakkında bilgi de sunulmaktadır.
