Abstract

تَمَّ في هذه الدراسة تَقييمُ ومُراجَعةُ عمل الأستاذ محمود محمد شاكر، أحدِ أَهمِّ الباحثين والمحققين المصريين، وكَانَ هذا من خلالِ كِتابِهِ "رسالة في الطريق إلى ثقافتِنا". ظلَّ شاكر طوال عمره مُواجِها الفساد الذي انتشر في العالم الإسلامي نتيجة المشاريع التي تم تَخْطِيطُهَا تنفيذها من قبل الاستعمار، وكان يرى أنّه يجب على المسلمين التخلصُ من عقدة النقص التي استولت عليهم لكي يتخلصوا من الهيمنة الاستعمارية. يرى شاكر أنَّ قبل كل شيء لا بد من التخلي عن أساليب البحث الغربية التي لا تعكس، بل تشوه ثراء التراث الإسلامي. وفي هذا السياق، أكد في كتابه على منهج البحث الذي يأتي من أعماق التراث الإسلامي ويوافق هذا التراث والذي عُرِفَ بعد ذلك بِمَنْهَجِ التذوق. ركز شاكر على عملية نشوء هذا المنهج العميق البحث. ابتداء من هنا فَفِي هذه الدراسة، تم لفتُ الانتباه إلى القضايا التي تناولها شاكر في كتابه بالاعتماد على المعطيات التاريخية. تم التأكيد بشكل خاص على منهج التذوق الذي ينسجم مع التراث الإسلامي على عكس أساليب البحث المتبعة في زمن شاكر. بفضل هذا المنهج، تمكن شاكر من الوصول إلى خلفية القضايا الأخرى التي تم تناولها في هذه الدراسة. وفي نهاية البحث، تم التأكيد أيضًا على نظام العمل العميق والدقيق الذي تبناه شاكر كَمبدأ للدفاع عن التراث.

A review and Assessment of “Risāle fi't-tarîki ilā thekāfetinā (Message on the Way to Our Culture)” Book Written by Maḥmud Moḥammad Shākir

Abstract

In this study, the work of Maḥmud Moḥammad Shākir, one of the important researchers of Egypt, named Risāle fi't-tarîki ilā thekāfetinā (Message on the Way to Our Culture) has been evaluated. Shākir struggled with the strife that emerged in the Islamic world as a result of the projects carried out. According to him, in order to get rid of colonial hegemony, Muslims must get rid of their inferiority complex. In addition, according to him, Western research methods that do not reflect the richness of the Islamic tradition, as well as falsifying it, should be abandoned. In this context, in his work, he emphasized the research method that comes from the depths of the Islamic tradition and which he called the method of “tazawwuq”. At the same time, he focused on the emergence process of this method. In this study, attention was drawn to the issues that Shākir, who came to the forefront with his defense of Islamic civilization, based on historical data in his aforementioned work. The study focuses on the tazawwuq method, which is more compatible with the Islamic tradition, in contrast to the research methods adopted in the period when Shākir lived. As a matter of fact, thanks to this method, Shākir managed to reach the background of other issues covered in the work. In the study, the deep and meticulous work discipline that Shākir adopted as a principle to defend the tradition was also emphasized.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Mısır’ın önemli araştırmacılarından biri olan Mahmûd Muhammed Şâkir’in Risâle fi’t-tarîki ilâ sekâfetinâ isimli eseri değerlendirilmiştir. Yürütülen projeler sonucu İslam âleminde oluşan yozlaşmayla mücadele eden Şâkir, sömürgeci hegemonyadan kurtulmak için Müslümanların eziklik kompleksinden sıyrılmaları gerektiğini savunmuştur. Ona göre öncelikle İslam geleneğinin zenginliğini yansıtamayan ve tahrif eden Batı menşeli araştırma metotlarının terk edilmesiyle işe başlanmalıdır. Bu bağlamda eserinde İslam geleneğinin derinliklerinden gelen ve “tezevvuk” adını verdiği araştırma metoduna vurgu yapmış, bu metodun çıkış süreci üzerinde durmuştur. Bu çalışmada medeniyet savunusuyla ön plana çıkan Şâkir’in adı geçen eserinde tarihî verilere dayanılarak ele alınan meselelere dikkat çekilmiştir. Çalışmada Şâkir’in yaşadığı dönemde benimsenen araştırma metotlarının aksine İslam geleneğiyle insicamlı olan tezevvuk metodu üzerinde özellikle durulmuştur. Nitekim bu metot sayesinde Şâkir, eserde işlenen sair meselelerin arka planına ulaşmayı başarmıştır. Çalışmada Şâkir’in geleneği savunmak için ilke edindiği derinlikli ve titiz çalışma disiplinine de ayrıca vurgu yapılmıştır.
