Abstract
Amaç: Son yıllarda klinisyenler ve araştırmacılar, dişler ve implantlar etrafındaki yumuşak dokuyu yeniden yapılandırmak için mukogingival
cerrahiye artan bir ilgi göstermiştir. Serbest diş eti grefti, yapışık diş eti genişliğini artırmak için mükemmel bir prosedürdür. Aynı zamanda
mandibuler kesici dişlerde keratinize dokunun minimum olduğu bölgelerde kök yüzeyinin örtülmesi serbest dişeti greftlerinin tercih edildiği
endikasyonlardandır. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı serbest diş eti grefti ile uygulanan peridontal tedaviyi sunmaktır.
Olgu sunumu: Bu vakada dişeti çekilmesi şikayeti olan hastanın serbest dişeti grefti kullanılarak tedavisi yapılmıştır.
Sonuç: Lokal faktörler ortadan kaldırılarak hastaya plak kontrolünü kolaylıkla sağlayabileceği bir dişeti genişliği kazandırılmıştır.
Abstract
Aim: In recent years, clinicians and researchers have shown increasing interest in mucogingival surgery to reconstruct soft tissue around teeth
and implants. Free gingival graft is an excellent procedure to increase the width of the attached gingiva. At the same time, covering the root
surface in areas where keratinized tissue is minimal in mandibular incisors is one of the indications that free gingival grafts are preferred. The
aim of this case report is to present periodontal treatment with free gingival graft.
Case report: In this case, the patient with the complaint of gingival recession was treated using free gingival graft.
Conclusion: By eliminating local factors, the patient is given a gingival width that can easily control plaque.
