Abstract
Cemento-osseous dysplasia; is the most common fibro-osseous lesion that develops when normal bone is replaced by cement-like material and
cellular fibrous connective tissue. It is usually observed in the mandible. It can be seen in the periapical region of vital teeth or in the extraction
sites. According to the maturation of the lesion radiographically; They give radiolucent, mixed and radiopaque images. This lesion is divided into
three subtypes based on clinical and radiographic features: periapical, focal, and fluoride. In this study, a case of cemento osseous dysplasia
associated with incisors in the anterior region of the lower jaw of a 43-year-old female patient, diagnosed histopathologically and radiographically, is presented. The lesion was excised under local anesthesia. The patient was followed up clinically.

Semento-ossöz displazi; normal kemiğin, sement benzeri materyal ve hücresel fibröz bağ dokusu ile yer değiştirmesi ile gelişen en yaygın fibro
ossöz lezyondur. Genellikle mandibula yerleşimli olarak gözlenir. Vital dişlerin periapikal bölgesinde veya çekim yerlerinde görülebilir. Radyografik olarak lezyonun maturasyonuna göre; radyolusent, mikst veya radyoopakt görüntüler vermektedir. Bu lezyon klinik ve radyografik özelliklerine göre üç alt tipe ayrılır: periapikal, fokal ve florid. Bu çalışmada, 43 yaşındaki kadın hastanın alt çene anterior bölgesinde keser dişlerle
ilişkili, histopatolojik ve radyografik olarak tanısı konulan semento ossöz displazi olgusu sunulmuştur. Lezyon lokal anestezi altında eksize edilmiş
ve hasta klinik olarak takibe alınmıştır.
