Abstract

Accurate diagnosis of root canal morphology and anatomy is essential for thorough shaping and cleaning of the entire root canal system and eventually successful root canal treatment. The possibility of additional root canals should be considered even in teeth with a low frequency of abnormal root canal anatomy. Results of previous studies indicate that the incidence of maxillary first premolars with three root canals ranges between 3-5%. In this case report, an endodontic treatment of maxillary first premolar with three root canals has been described
