Peripheral Giant Cell Granuloma PGCG is considered to be a exophytic lesion caused by local irritation or trauma. PGCG affect women more frequent than men and mandible more often than maxilla. Most lesion are smaller than 20 mm. In this case, a men aged 39, with lesion on the gingiva including the alveolar ridge on the vestibular and lingual site of his mandibular left premolar region, has been presented
Periferal Dev Hücreli Granüloma PDHG , lokal irritasyon veya travma sonucu meydana gelen ekzofitik bir lezyondur. PDHG kadınlarda erkeklere oranla daha sık görülmekte ve mandibulada maksilladan daha sık görülmektedir. Çoğu lezyonun büyüklüğü 20 mm’den azdır.Bu olguda, mandibular sol premolar bölgenin vestibül ve lingual bölgesinde alveolar sırtın da dahil olduğu gingivada lezyonu olan 39 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur
