Eksternal Kök Rezorpsiyonlu Ve Geniş Periapikal Lezyonlu Bir Dişin Endodontik Tedavisi

Abstract
Bu olgu bildiriminde, eksternal kök rezorbsiyonu ve geniş bir periapikal lezyonu olan alt azı dişinin kök kanal tedavisi sunulmaktadır. 20 yaşındaki kadın hasta sol alt çene azı dişinde şiddetli ağrı ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Klinik muayenede perküsyonda şiddetli ağrı ve radyografik muayenede distal kökün yarısına kadar rezorbsiyon ve geniş bir lezyon mevcuttu. Lezyonun ayrıntılı teşhisi için konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografi ile bölgenin görüntüsü alındı. Dişe kök kanal tedavisi başlandı. Drenaj kesildikten sonra dişte kanal içi medikament olarak üçlü antibiyotik patı 1 ay süre ile bekletildi. Takiben diş asemptomatik hale geldi. Kök kanal dolumu sırasında rezorbsiyon bulunan kök MTA ile dolduruldu. Kök kanal tedavisi bitirildi. Bir yıl sonraki kontrolünde diş asemptomatikti ve radyografik olarak iyileşme gözlendi. Bu olgu sunumu geniş periapikal lezyon ve kök rezorbsiyonunun cerrahi işlem yapılmadan kök kanal tedavisiyle iyileştiğini göstermiştir.
