Abstract
Giriş: Biyoseramik esaslı kök kanal patları endodonti alanında yeni olmakla birlikte, pek çok avantajlara sahiptir. Bu derlemede fiziksel özellikler, biyouyumluluk, sızdırmazlık, adezyon, çözünürlük ve antibakteriyel etkinlik dahil olmak üzere biyoseramik esaslı kanal patlarının farklı özellikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Biyouyumlu olmaları ve iyileştirici özellikleri sebebiyle biyoseramik esaslı kanal patlarının kullanımı yaygınlaşmıştır.
Sonuç: Ancak literatürde biyoseramik esaslı kök kanal patlarının klinik kullanımına dair az sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır.
Abstract
Objective: Although bioceramic-based sealers are new to the field of endodontics, they have many advantages. In this review, information is given about the different properties of bioceramic based canal sealers, including physical properties, biocompatibility, impermeability, adhesion, solubility and antibacterial activity. Bioceramic based root canal sealers have become widespread due to their biocompatibility and healing properties.
Conclusion: However, there are few studies on the clinical use of bioceramic root canal sealers in the literature.
