Abstract

Bu makale, II. Meşrutiyet’in ilanının Irak’taki yansımalarını analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu vesileyle, Irak’ı meydana getiren Bağdat, Musul ve Basra vilayetlerinden bazı kesitler sunulmuştur. Meşrutiyet’in ilanı, Irak vilayetlerinde genel olarak kuşkuyla ve istenmeyen bir durum olarak karşılanmıştı. Beliren karmaşa ve gerginlik ise, Irak’ta emniyet ve asayişi bozan bazı önemli siyasal ve toplumsal olaylara yol açmıştır.

Reflections of the Second Constitution in Iraq

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the reflections of the proclamation
of Second Constitution in Iraq. By this means, some
sections were presented from Baghdad, Basrah and Mosul
Provinces which formed Iraq. Such proclamation was generally
received suspiciously and unwanted situation in these
provinces. Appearing disorder and tension caused some
important political and social events which ruined security
and public order in Iraq.
