Abstract

ÖZET Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı; artistik cimnastik erkekler halka aletinde gerçekleştirilen yarışma serisi sırasında ve sonrasında, kalp atım hızı ve kalp atım hızı değişkenliklerini birlikte incelemektir.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmaya, 18 yaş ve üzeri erkekler artistik cimnastik milli takım sporcuları katılmıştır. Sporcuların 10 dakikalık dinlenim ölçümleri esnasında kap atım hızı ve kalp atım hızı değişkenliği ölçümleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. 30 dakikalık serbest ısınma sonrasında halka aletinde serilerini gerçekleştiren sporcularda seri sonrası 5 dakika boyunca toparlanma ölçümleri süresince kalp atım hızı ve kalp atım hızı değişkenliği ölçümleri devam etmiştir.
Bulgular: Cimnastikçilerin gerçekleştirdiği yarışma serisi başlangıcında (148.7) ve bitişinde (177.1) kalp atım hızı değerleri yüksektir. Seri sonrası toparlanma esnası ilk 2 dakikada RR değerleri yüksek değişkenlik göstermektedir (p<0.05).
Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonuçları, artistik cimnastik halka aletinde üst vücut kas grupları baskın şekilde izometrik ve dinamik kasılmalarla gerçekleştirilen seri sonrası akut toparlanmada 5 dakika boyunca kalp atım hızı değişkenliği yüksek düzeyde değişkenlik göstermektedir.
