Çocukluk Çağı Konuşma Apraksisinde Uygulanan Terapi Yöntemleri

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmada, Çocukluk Çağı Konuşma Apraksisinde (ÇÇKA) uygulanan terapi yöntemlerine yer verilmiştir. Bu sistematik derlemede ülkemizde bulunan dil ve konuşma terapistlerinin, çocukluk çağı konuşma apraksisi hakkında farkındalıklarını arttırmak, değerlendirme aşamasında etkin olmalarına yardımcı olabilmek ve uygulanabilecek olan terapi yöntemleri hakkında bilgilerini desteklemek amaçlanmaktadır. Yöntem: Çalışmada 2000-2019 yılları arasında, çocukluk çağı konuşma apraksisi terapisini konu alan 34 yabancı kaynak kullanılmıştır. Seçilen kaynaklarda, çalışmanın amacına uygun bölümler bulunup düzenlenerek bu çalışma hazırlanmıştır. Bulgular: Apraksinin pek çok türü olmasına karşın, bu çalışmada ayrıntılı olarak 'Konuşma Apraksisinin’ yönetimi ve terapisi incelenmiştir. Konuşma apraksisi gelişimsel olarak ortaya çıktığında buna ‘Çocukluk Çağı Konuşma Apraksisi’ denmektedir. ÇÇKA terapisinde pek çok yaklaşımın uygulandığı bilinmektedir. Bu yaklaşımlar, motor temelli yaklaşım, dilsel temelli yaklaşım ve çoklu-model iletişim yaklaşımı olmak üzere 3 ana başlık etrafında toplanmaktadır. Sonuç: Motor temelli terapi yöntemlerini temel alan çalışmalar, çocukluk çağı konuşma apraksisine müdahalede, bozulmuş olan motor planlamayı ve motor programlamayı daha iyi yönettiğini söylemektedirler. Aynı çalışmalar; bütüncül uyaran terapi yöntemi, dinamik temporal taktil uyaran yöntemi ve PROMPT yöntemi en çok kullanılan ve etkililiği kanıtlanmış yöntemler olduğunu belirtmektedir. Ancak seçilen terapi yöntemi ne olursa olsun, uygulamanın bireyselleştirilmesi ve terapinin buna göre düzenlenmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır.
