IMPLANT SUPPORTED REMOVABLE DENTURE

Year 2021, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 1 - 22, 28.02.2021

Abstract

Nowadays; the use of implant-supported dentures for complete edentulous patients is considered the primary and effective treatment option. Treatment of edentulousness with implant-supported complete dentures enhances stability and function, reduces pain and discomfort, and ensures patient satisfaction. There are many retainer alternatives in implant-supported complete dentures. In addition, new holding systems are being developed. In this review, the indications, advantages, disadvantages of the implant supported prostheses and the application methods of the retaining systems used are explained. The dentist should decide for the type of the attachment for implant-supported complete dentures by considering the factors discussed and patient expectations.

İMPLANT DESTEKLİ HAREKETLİ PROTEZLER

Year 2021, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 1 - 22, 28.02.2021

Abstract

"The truest guide for everything in the world, for civilization, for life, for success, is science. Seeking a guide outside of science and science is heedlessness, ignorance, and deviating from the right path. It is only necessary to understand the development of science and science in every minute we live and to follow the progress in time. To attempt to apply the rules of science and science a thousand, two thousand, and thousands of years ago, today, after so many thousand years, is, of course, not to be in science and science."
