COVID 19 PROCESS AND ETHICAL THE CHALLENGES IN NURSING

Abstract

Pandemi sürecinde hasta bakımından sorumlu hemşirelerin iş gücünün etkili kullanılması ve yeteneklerinin doğru planlanması pandemi sürecinin daha rahat atlatılmasında büyük önem taşıdığına dikkat çekmiştir. Literatür tarandığında, gerek DSÖ tarafından yayınlanan raporlar gerekse yapılan bilimsel araştırmaların ortak vurgusu sağlık sektöründe hemşirelik iş gücünün ile hemşirelerin iş yükünün ve hemşire /hasta oranının doğru planlanması yönünde olduğu görülmektedir. Bu derleme çalışmasında, COVID 19 süreci ve hemşirelikte yaşanan etik güçlükleri literatür eşliğinde derlemeyi amaçladık

COVİD 19 SÜRECİ VE HEMŞİRELİKTE YAŞANAN ETİK GÜÇLÜKLER

Abstract

It has been pointed out that the effective use of the workforce and the correct planning of the skills of the nurses responsible for patient care during the pandemic process are of great importance in overcoming the pandemic process more easily. When the literature is scanned, it is seen that the common emphasis of both the reports published by WHO and the scientific researches are on the correct planning of the nursing workforce, the workload of nurses and the nurse / patient ratio in the health sector. In this review study, we aimed to compile the COVID 19 process and ethical difficulties in nursing with the literature.
