Abstract

ÖZ
Önden gidenle arkadan gelen arasındaki ilişki, sorumluluk ve rehberlik alt yapılı bir ilişkidir. İyi, güzel ve doğru merkezli alışveriş, özelde fert ve toplum için, genelde insanlığın yaşadığı sürecin sağlıklı yürümesi bakımından önemli ve ihmal edilemez bir hakikattir. Öncekinin sorumlu hareket etmesi, sonrakinin varlığına doğrudan doğruya bağlıdır. Hiçbir varlığın kabul adına cesaret ortaya koyamadığı durumda, kendi iradesiyle karar veren insan, can taşıdığı sürece üstlendiğini yerine getirir.
Özellikle Necip Fazıl Kısakürek gibi, neredeyse yirminci asrı başından sonuna yaşamış, asrın olumlu ve olumsuz hadiselerine şehadet etmiş sorumlu bir sanatkârın, geriden gelen emanet neslin hem dünya hem ahiret sorumluluğuna sahip çıkmasını, meselesi gören işaretçiler ‘neme lâzımcı’ tavrı sergileyemezler. Sanatının ve hayatının yegâne maksadı gençlik yetiştirmek olan Necip Fazıl, Gençliğe Hitabe’sinde bir milletin çocuklarının hangi vasıflarla tarih sahnesinde kalabileceklerine dair fikirlerini sıralar. Bilmek, sahip çıkmak adına en isabetli adımdır. Ardından, karşısındaki gençliğin maddî ve manevî erdemlerini sayar. Gençliğin içinde bulunduğu durumu tasvir eder, bilip doğru yaptıkları ile yanlış bilip yanlış yaptıklarını ortaya koyar.
Sosyal ve tarihî sorumluluktan ferdî ve içtimaî yapılanmaya kadar birçok konuda telkinlerde bulunur. O güne kadar, tarih ve medeniyet adına öğretilen ne varsa, tamamına şüphe ile yaklaşılması gerektiğini vurgular. İçinde bulunduğu şartların cereyan şekline, yaşananların neticesine aldırmadan cemiyetin en küçük ama en önemli parçası olarak ferdin atacağı adımları sıralar.

Necip Fazıl Gençliğe Hitabe and Responsibility

Abstract

ABSTRACT
The relationship between the one who leads and the one who follows is a relationship based on responsibility and guidance. Good, beautiful and right-centred exchange is an important and non-negligible truth for the individual and society in particular and for the healthy process of humanity in general. The responsible behaviour of the former is directly dependent on the existence of the latter. The human being, who decides on the responsibility, which no being has the courage to accept, with his own will, must fulfil the responsibility he has assumed as long as he carries life.
Especially those who see it as a matter of a responsible artist like Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, who has lived the twentieth century almost from beginning to end, who has witnessed the positive and negative events of the century, to take care of both the world and the hereafter responsibility of the trusted generation coming from behind, cannot exhibit a ‘what’s in it for me’ attitude. Necip Fazıl, whose sole purpose of his art and life is to raise youth, lists his ideas about the qualities with which the children of a nation can remain on the stage of history in his Address to Youth. Knowing is the most accurate step to protect. Then, he lists the material and spiritual virtues of the youth in front of him. He describes the situation the youth is in and reveals what they know and do right and what they know and do wrong.
He makes suggestions on many subjects ranging from social and historical responsibility to individual and social structuring. He emphasises that whatever has been taught in the name of history and civilisation up to that time should be approached with suspicion. He enumerates the steps to be taken by the individual as the smallest but most important part of the society, regardless of the conditions and the outcome of the events.
