Abstract
Söylem ve Gerçeklik Üzerine
Dil, aktarım sağlamanın ötesinde dünyaya dair algılarımızı, beklentilerimizi ve çıkarımlarımızı da anlatır. Dilin bu niteliği, aktarılanın gerçekliğine, gerçekle ilişkisine ve gerçeğe dair anlamın ne olduğuna ilişkin ifadelerin inşasını da olanaklı kılar. Yani çevremizi anlamlandırma ve bu anlamları ifade etme biçimlerimiz günlük yaşam pratiklerimizle birlikte bizi ve dünyamızı görünür kılar. Buradan hareketle, dil aracılığıyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz her eylem, aslında, toplumsal yaşantımızla yakından ilişkilidir.
Dahası, dil ve toplumsal yaşam bağıntısı bizim kendimize ve dış dünyaya bakışımızı da belirler. İdeolojimiz, beyanlarımız, diyaloglarımız, atıflarımız, neyi müzakereye açacağımız, bilgiyi nasıl biriktirdiğimiz, neyi hatırladığımız, tavizlerimiz, örnek aldıklarımız, görmek istemediklerimiz de tüm bu örüntü içerisinde gerçeğe dönüşür…

Abstract
On Discourse and Reality
Beyond providing transmission, language also expresses our perceptions, expectations and inferences about the world. This feature of language also makes it possible to construct expressions regarding the reality of what is conveyed, its relationship with reality, and what the meaning of reality is. In other words, the ways we make sense of our environment and express these meanings, together with our daily life practices, make us and our world visible. From this point of view, every action we perform through language is actually closely related to our social life.
Moreover, the relationship between language and social life determines our view of ourselves and the outside world. Our ideology, our statements, our dialogues, our references, what we will discuss, how we accumulate information, what we remember, our concessions, what we take as an example, what we do not want to see become reality within this pattern...
