KÜTAHYA İLİ Meles meles Linnaeus, 1758 (MAMMALIA: CARNIVORA)’İN BAZI EKOLOJİK, BİYOLOJİK VE TAKSONOMİK ÖZELLİKLERİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma, 2002-2004 yılları arasında, Kütahya ili sınırları içerisinde toplanan 10 Meles meles örneğine dayanmaktadır. Bu türe ait, habitat, beslenme, yuva, kürk rengi ve baculum gibi bazı ayırıcı ekolojik ve biyolojik özellikler kaydedilmiştir. Bu türün morfometrik verileri istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilerek karşılaştırmalar yapılmış ve bazı taksonomik özellikler bu çalışmada kaydedilmiştir.

ECOLOGICAL, BIOLOGICAL AND TAXONOMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF Meles meles Linnaeus, 1758 (MAMMALIA: CARNIVORA) IN KÜTAHYA

Abstract

This study is based on 10 Meles meles samples collected in the Kütahya province between 2002 and 2004. Diagnostic characters of this species, like habitat, feeding, nesting, fur colour, baculum and some ecological and biological characters were recorded. By analyzing statistically, the morphometric data of this species were compared and some taxonomic characters were given in this study.
