SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NOVEL OXIME COMPOUND OF 2-AMINOMETHYLPYRIDINE AND ITS METAL COMPLEXES.

Abstract

(1Z,2E)-N'-hydroxy-2-(hydroxyimino)-N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetimidamide (H₂L) is synthesized from the reaction between anti-monochloroglyoxime and 2-aminomethylpyridine and characterized by means of ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, FT-IR, elemental analysis methods. Co²⁺, Ni²⁺ and Cu²⁺ complexes of H₂L ligand were obtained and their structures were elucidated with FT-IR, elemental analysis, ICP-OES, magnetic susceptibility and conductivity studies.

Abstract

(1Z,2E)-N-hidroksil-(2-hidroksiimino)-N^’-(piridin-2-ilmetil) propanimidamid (H₂L) ligandı, anti-monoklorglioksim ile 2-aminometilpiridinin reaksiyonundan elde edilmiş olup yapısı ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, FT-IR, elementel analiz teknikleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır. H₂L ligandının Co²⁺, Ni²⁺ ve Cu²⁺ kompleksleri hazırlanarak FT-IR, elementel analiz, ICP-OES, manyetik duyarlılık ve iletkenlik metotları ile yapıları aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
