LAPAROSCOPIC TOTAL COLECTOMY IN ULCERATIVE COLITIS: REPORT OF A CASE

Abstract

In the present study, laparoscopic total proctocolectomy and ileal pouch anal anastomose operation, which was applied to 36 years old female patient, due to ulcerative colitis. Less postoperative pain, better cosmetic outcome and returning to normal life in a short period was obtained by laparoscopic approach.

LAPAROSKOPİK TOTAL KOLEKTOMİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Bu yazıda ülseratif kolit nedeniyle 36 yaşındaki kadın hastaya yapılan laparoskopik total proktokolektomi ve ileal poş anal anastomoz operasyonunu sunuldu. Laparoskopik yaklaşım sayesinde daha az postoperatif ağrı, daha iyi kozmetik sonuç ve kısa sürede normal hayata dönüş sağlandı.
