Abstract

Yiiksek stcakltk bolgesinde transport katsayilartnt elde etmek icin Boitrmann

denklemi kullantlir ve sistem seyrek ga: gibi ele altntp ortalama alan etkileri

ve Pauli engellemesi ihmal edilir. Bu calismada seyrek gazlartn transport

katsayilan hesaplantrken kullanilan Boltzmann denklemi 'nin turetilisi

sunulmustur. Aynz zamanda seyrek ga: limitinde Boltzmann deklemi

cozulmiistur.
