BAZI BiTKi TOHUMLARININ ÇiMLENMESi VE FiDE BUYUMESi UZERiNE YONCA ÖZUTLERiNiN ALLELOPATiK ETKiLERi

Abstract

Bu caltsmada, 4 farkli bitki tohumunun cimlenme ve cimlenme

sonrast fide buyumeleri uzerine yonca ozialerinin allelopatik etkileri

arasttrtlmtsttr. Tohumlar petri kutularinda 250 C'de cimlendirilmistir.

Uygulanan ozutler, yoncantn kok ve govdesinden homojenizasyon ve

santrifujlemeyle elde edilmistir. Tohumlarin cimlenme oranlart 5 giin

boyunca kaydedilmis ve 5. gunde fidelerin uzunluk ve agtrltklart 0/-

culmustur. Sonuc olarak; bugday, arpa, karpuz ve salataltk tohumlartntn

cimlenme vefide buyumesi, tum uygulamalar tarafindan kuvvetle

inhibe edilmistir. Govde ozutiiniin kok oziitunden. daha inhibitor etkiye

sahip oldugu belirlenmistir.
