Bu cahsmada, standart siireli yillik maksimum yagism zaman icindeki bolgesel dagihrnma fonksiyonel iki yaklasim gelistirilmistir. Veri olarak Ege Bolgesindeki 23 adet pliivyograf donarumli meteoroloji istasyonunun standart siireli yilhk en siddetli saganak ortalamalan kullamlnustir. Oncelikle Kuzey-Ege ve Giiney-Ege alt bolgeleri icin "zaman dagihm egrileri" elde edilmistir. Bu egrilerin gerek iki alt bolge icin gerekse istasyonlar bazinda onemli degisiklikler gostermedigi belirlenrnistir. Bu nedenle tiim bolgeyi temsil eden ortalama bir zaman dagihm egrisi elde edilmistir. Bu egri tiim bolge icin, pliivyograf donarurru olrnayan; ancak, belli tekerriirlii 24 saatlik veya giinliik maksimum yagis; bilinen istasyonlarda herhangi bir stand art yagis suresi icin yagl~ yuksekligini hesaplama olanagi saglamaktadir,
In this paper, two functional approaches for the time distribution of annual extreme rainfall of standard durations are developed. Mean values of annual maximum rainfalls recorded at 23 pluviometric stations are used as the basic data. At the first stage, two different "time distribution functions", namely for the North Ege and South Ege regions, are developed. Then, a unique time distribution function for the entire region is fitted taking into account the fact that there are no significant differences between the functions developed for two sub-regions. Developed time distribution functions can effectively be used as a tool for estimating sign rainfalls of standard durations at sites where pluviometric rainfall records are not available; however, the quantile estimates of daily maximum rainfall can be estimated.
