Kornurler uygun ~evre kosullanrn bulduklan zaman, kendiliginden yanma olayt
kacmrlmazdir. Bu nedenle, bilgisayarli oleum sisteminde, yigm icerisinde
olusan sicakhklann bilgisayar yardrrruyla otornatik olarak olculmesi
amaclanrrusnr. Bu amacla, 20 adet sicakhk sensorunun, kornur yiguu
icerisinde belirtilen noktalarda algiladigr sicakhklann elektrik sinyaline
donusturulmesi ve bu elektriksel sinyallerin gerekli filtreleme ve yukseltrne
islemleri yapildiktan sonra, analog - dijital donusturme unitesi ku IIan IIarak,
bilgisayar ortarruna almmasi ve bu bilgilerin istenen zaman arahklanyla bir
veri tabanma kaydedilrnesi saglanrrusnr. Daha sonra bu zaman-sicakhk
verilerinin grafikleri cikanlrrus ve kornur ocagi yonetiminin kullarnrruna
sunulmustur,
Abstract. Spontaneous combustion is inevitable in case the coal meets suitable
environmental conditions. Therefore, in the measurement system with computer, it
is aimed to take the temperature changes automatically occurring in the stockpiles.
In order to realise this scope, a total of 20 heat sensors were located inside the pile
which is excess of produced coal in WLC. The signals obtained from these sensors
are changed into electrical signals. After processing these signals with necessary
filtering, then temperature data are taken into the computing media by the
utilisation of analogue - digital transforming unit and recorded in a data log.
Hereafter, the graphs formed from these time - temperature data are presented to the usage of mine management.
