Abstract

Bu calismada, jug lon 'un kavun (Cucumis melo cv. Kis kavunu) jidelerinde

uzama htzt, kotiledon acilmasi ve pigment miktarlart uzerine etkileri

arasurtldi. Juglon cimlenme oncesinde uygulandiginda fidelerin kok ve govde

uzama hizt, IO'3M'da artarken fO-4M ve IO-5M'da azaldi. Klorojil a, b ve

karotinoid miktart IO'3M ve /O-5M'da artarken JO-4M'da azaldi. Kotiledonlar

cimlenme oncesi uygulanan biitiin juglon konsantrasyonlarinda actlmamtsttr.

Juglon cimlenme sonrasinda uygulandigtnda ise, kok ve govde uzama hizt

biitiin juglon uygulamalartnda azaldi. Klorojil a, b ve karotinoid miktan

btittin juglon uygulamalannda artu. Kotiledonlartn tamamt butun jug/on

konsantrasyonlartnda actlmisur.
