The Properties of Simav River Aggregates And The Concrete Produced With These Materials

Abstract

this study, the properties of Simav River aggregates and the concrete produced with these

materials have been investigated. A number of tests were carried out on the aggregate samples and

standard concrete cylinders respectively, to determine some physical and mechanical properties of

tha both materials. The results obtained on the conclusion of the tests are presented for use in practice.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Simav Çayı agregaları ve bu malzeme ile üretilen betonların özelikleri

incelenmiştir. Her iki malzemeye ait çeşitli fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri belirlemek için agrega

numuneleri ve standart beton silindirler üzerinde belli sayıda deneyler yapılmıştır. Deneylerden elde

edilen sonuçlar uygulamada kullanım için sunulmuştur.
