KOMUR OCAGINDA ÇALIŞAN İŞÇiLERDE BAZI TUMOR MARKER DUZEYLERiNiN DEGERLENDiRiLMESi

Abstract

Bu calisma, Kiitahya, Tuncbilek-Omerler yeraltt komur

ocagtnda caltsan 36-45 yaslart arastnda (x =36,27) 29 erkek isci ile

sigara ve alkol kullanmayan 23-53 yaslart arastnda (x =36,52) 36

sagltkl: erkek buro memurlart uzerinde gerceklestirildi. lkinci grup

kontrol grubu olarak degerlendirildi.

CEA ve AFP duzeylerinin tayini RIA metoduyla, diger tayinler

ise (ALP, ACP, Total protein ve albumin) spektroJotometrik metotlarla

yapildt. Butun analizler hem isci hem de memurlartn serum numunelerinde

gerceklestirildi.

Sonuc olarak; ACP, AFP, ALP ve CEA (tumor markerleri)

duzeyleri iscilerde kontrollerinkinden onemli derecede yuksek bulundu

(strastyla p< 0.0001 ve p< 0.005). Diger taraftan iscilerde total protein

duzeyleri dusuk (p< O.025) fakat albumin duzeyleri kontro/ grubuna

gore bilakis yuksek bulundu. Bu sonuclardan komur ocagtndaki

komur tozlart, kimyasal maddeler ve ortamtn iscilerin organ/art uzerinde

olumsuz etkilere sahip oldugu dusunuldu.
